“ Peri Has Entered the Chat ”

Peri as in perimenopause…you know those lovely years of a woman’s life leading up to menopause where her hormones take a nose dive which creates chaos in her body.
Been trying to get a handle on my recent weight gain, joint pain, gut issues, thinning hair, anxiety, etc by educating myself ...
