“ Long Weekend at the Lake ”
After much internal struggle and indecision I had decided on Sunday morning to give up on the challenge and take a few weeks, maybe more off from shooting. I was completely out of inspiration and energy but found it hard to completely pull the plug after 8 (or is it 9?) years of weekly photo ...

This shot and what you wrote reflects so much more Dorene! I have not been keeping up with commenting these past 2 years, I think mainly due to feeling uninspired.  I've been mostly thinking of something at the last minute on Sunday just so I don't give up.  I don't think I have a fear of "loosing the streak"  I think it's more about the fear of giving up on something I know I really do enjoy doing, but haven't had the inspiration to get back to actually enjoying it.
