“ Practice...We Talkin Bout Practice. ”

I was trying to learn about a technique that I have seen in concert and wedding photography. It is when the subject is in focus and the lights are streaked like a long exposure. Apparently, you are supposed to shoot the flash straight on and then move the camera around with a slower shutter ...
