“ Western Grebe Chase ”

This male Western Grebe was chasing his rival off his partner and their nest. I suppose his funny expression is the inspiration for a Disney cartoon character. I kept missing their synchronized courting dances, but hopefully will get some interesting pictures of their babies soon.
