“ Christmas Lights ”

The outdoor Christmas decorations has started along the harbor attracting quite a few tourists and locals alike. Dusk is when it starts to get more festive and alive with all the colorful lights aglow. Here is my take on playing with ICM (Intentional camera movement). Happy holidays, Framers!
