    Love this Eric. I have quite a few old family cabinet cards and daguerreotypes and this just looks like a version of them. Well done.

    Your photography method is ideal for this week's theme.  I love the seated portrait.  He would look great with a silk hat on his knee! I had no idea tintypes could pick up UV - fascinating! Do all tintype plates have that peeled edge?
