I always look forward to your rare but beautiful photographs. This one's no exception. Monochrome already adds a touch of silence to photos, in my mind. The well used boots are enjoying a well-earned rest. This photo tells the story of finally being able to relax after a hard day's work.
I had to look up albumen print because I couldn't believe you actually used egg whites to produce this photo. But you did! The detail and clarity are incredible. Thanks for showing off the old techniques so well.
