“ Small World ”
Sometimes simple objects can mean alot this was one of the first things my husband and I purchased when we moved in together a decade ago. I thought the contrast of the round globe with the straight lines of the vertical blind added interest to a minimal shot.

    Interesting shot. I think the photo could be improved if it were possible to remove the slight glare from the globe (not sure if the flash fired or it came from an overhead light?) - but I like the contrast of the round globe and the detail and interest in it, and the straight line, rather bland nature of the blind. I quite like that the blinds aren't completely straight - adds something quirky to the image?

    I may have suggested a perspective correction that the slats all are perfectly vertical.
