There was a time I drank Diet Coke when I was 30 years younger and 60 pounds heavier. I never liked it much, but "they" said it was the thing to do to take off weight. At some point I realized if just gave up soda, I would not have to drink Diet Coke. Now they link diet soda to type 2 diabetes ...
