Why are Newfoundland houses paint so colourful? Well folklore holds the bright colours helped returning sailors spot their homes through the fog when they returned from a long voyage. Whatever the reason, the colours just make me happy!

    I like that your door isn't centred in your image but is slightly off to the right, as it is in the wall itself. I think a tiny crop in on the left to eliminate the white edge of the next window would have been good.
