I do like narrow depth of field shots and yet I find myself want a bit more focus on this image in order to more fully enjoy the mushroom's textures. The range of light… more

I do like narrow depth of field shots and yet I find myself want a bit more focus on this image in order to more fully enjoy the mushroom's textures. The range of light, from very bright in the background to the dark foreground is lovely and it allows the mushroom's mid-tones to separate it from its surroundings.
