“ My favourite player… ”

No time for shooting out and about this week. Instead I was shooting and watching girls U11 Hockey.

She played her heart out and brought home a silver. I captured this while she was watching and waiting for her game. Always a little nervous and tense before hitting the ice.

It's a beautifully framed shot Vanessa. It would have been stronger with the focus on the eyes rather than on the number 4. But, hey, having shot some hockey images when my stepson was still playing, I know how challenging it is to get both the shot and all the settings just so.
