“ San Fransisco at night ”

took the photo last night (8/10). It was pretty foggy, and I had to wait till pretty late to get some kind of clear view. The still foggy weather at the moment did add some vibe to the photo. I then blended the two same photos (one color and the other b&w) in Photoshop to create this mixed photo.
