“ Tulip Time ”

I've been waiting for 2 years to photograph the Tulips at Tulsa botanical Gardens so I went knowing they had some fountains I could get some slow shutter speeds on that were surrounded by Tulips. I had a real problem with it being too bright and not having the image blown out. I was sort of ...
