“ Sunken Flower Garden ”

Thanks to Shawna W for editing this for me! I didn't give Shawna much to go with as there was a (real) photog shooting there while I was there and I didn't want to get in their way.

Fun fact about the location is that these Sunken Gardens are growing where the old city dump used to ...
