There was something unsettling about this sculpture. It's on the corner of the Expressionist "de Bazel Building" in Amsterdam.

It reminds of a book I read set I think in Amsterdam - while ago and they had a punishment of tying an anchor around people as punishment so that they drowned. Horrid… more
