Cameras have so many options for special effects, it's amazing. This is an interesting subject and I like the colour combinations. I am not really sure though where the sharp focal point is. I'd also look for an alternative composition. If the subject is central than a square crop usually works better and would highlight the zoom and blur. Have fun...
