Beautiful color combinations. I'm wondering about the angle shooting up at him, which distorts the architecture. Also, he's perfectly placed on the right vertical for the Rule of Thirds, but he would feel so much more powerful, IMHO, if his head was up there on the top line, not in the middle of the frame. Just for fun, I'd suggest trying a crop where he's still on the right vertical, but his head is on the top line, which would probably make you lose the left window, maybe even the right window, and the top decoration (which is nice). While it would radically simplify the background, I think it would make him look much more powerful. His expression and pose are very positive.
