“ Garden district ”
This home is near the botanic garden here in Tulsa. It's a strange dichotomy that the road to this beautiful garden, has this barely standing home at the corner.

    I'm sure at one time this was someone's pride and joy. How sad that it's been left beyond repair. Your image really conveys that sadness.

    I like your pov and the b&w. When I see these old homes in disrepair, I always think at one point in time someone was so proud of it.

    There is such a feeling of bleakness conveyed by the black and white you used here. When I was a kid, I used to think up little stories about the people that used to live in abandoned houses on the way up to my grandparents cottage.
