“ Dancer in the Dark ”

I took this while demonstrating a flash technique to a student.

Everything was captured in camera with a single shot. (Raw shot in comments) On the right hand side was an LED panel giving a continuous light, on the left was a flash head with a large strip box.

Beautiful editing to eliminate both the curtain folds and the evidence of the fabric floor. This, for me, completely captures the essence of the theme. Love it.
