“ Frost ”
I went out shooting on Saturday to get some bird pics and came across these frosted red leaves. I couldn't resist the chance to take this one. I've been away from photography for a few weeks (life happens, etc.) but it felt great to get back to it.

It's a beautiful scene and your central leaf stem is beautifully sharp an draws in the eye. the deep rich colours and the frosting are very inviting to the viewer. The background is lovely and soft, supporting the subject but not distracting from it, but my thought is that this is shallow depth of field and not bokeh. Bokeh would have more light and replicate the shape of your lens/eye... Glad you are back, life gets in the way, but it always feel great to return. Happy Framing
