    I can't believe it is Friday and nobody has commented on this yet. I like this a lot. B&W really works here and the nice, sharp shadows really accent features on the face. The tack sharp eyes with a little bit of catchlight are very nice. I love how the hair frames the face and draws the eye back down into the image.

    The only thing I might play with is the nose is pretty hot here. I'm not sure if I'd change it since it really does work with the rest of the image, but since you definitely notice how bright it is, I'd at least experiment with knocking the brightness down just a little.

    I think you could print this, hang it on a wall, and be perfectly happy with it as is.
