Week 52: Break the Rules, 2019

“ View From Horseblock Mountain ”

At the start of blue hour, this view from Horseblock Mountain, Alabama that breaks the rule of thirds. The mountain range is far below the lowest full of thirds line, leaving a lot of the subject being the sky.

The sky is definitely the subject here. I would prefer a slightly brighter exposure, but you captured the color and landscape beautifully.
