    Good job for noticing the opportunity and getting the shot. Shame about the tripod, as you've noted - would have been handing so that only spiderman was moving with the background still. In this situation I'd have tried just setting the camera on the ground or maybe a bag with something under the lens to tilt in upwards a little - or on any flat surface really (railing, bench...). From the ground up could have given a different dynamic to seeing spiderman move. Glad you found your action shot, though!
