“ Lilacs ”

This week I am paying homage to one of my all time favorite flowers, the elegant lilac. It blooms for basically one week a year, which is a pity because they look and smell gorgeous. They also do not upset my sinuses like a lot of other plants!

I have this very same lilac in my backyard and the smell is heavenly. Nice shot! I, too, like the background bokeh.
