This is my foot at my yoga studio with the Tibetan singing bowl my teacher sounds at the end of class as we come back from Shavasana. I guess yoga could be considered my religion. It centers and restores me physically and emotionally. I’ve practiced for 6 years and wish I had started 20 years ...

I have never seen the bowl and gong but I have been practicing yoga & mindfulness for 30 years so I can totally relate to your feelings about it. I am grateful for the flexibility both physical & mental and the stability again, both physical & mental that I have been lucky enough to experience thanks to my sessions over the years. I really like the POV you’ve gone with and that you chose to go BnW. Has given it a timeless look and feel. Beautiful focus on the bowl and gong. Well done, Deb!
