“ Blueberry Muffins ”
It's Saturday afternoon and I'm uploading, very unusual for me to be this early.

This is really nicely lit and composed Steve. There's something nagging me about the back though - but I can't put my finger on it. Maybe because the berries are barely cut through? Perhaps it would feel more "settled" if the berries were definitely above the the horizon line or more definitively below it? I really don't know what it is, but it's creating a little tension or something. I love the vertical lines in the board leading us to the yumminess! Nicely done.

I love that. The leading lines of the fork, the lines of the table, and the way the milk glass is angled, all point to those lovely muffins. The lighting is nice and even without being flat, and the orangey colour of the muffins contrasts beautifully with the blueberries and that grey background. A really lovely shot. (I'm intrigued as to why the milk didn't look white?)

Yummy! I like your composition & lighting. I never would've thought to use a mirror for the lighting.
