    I think your table needs to be just a little bit more to the right for this to truly be "rule of thirds". Try simplifying a bit by choosing a single subject (as in a single item -- a person, a flower, etc.) and placing it one third of the way down from the top (or up from the bottom) and one third of the way in from one of the sides. If you Google "Rule of Thirds" and look at the photos, you will get a lot of examples with grid lines to show you what it means.
