“ Surprise Sweet potatoes ”

Photo of the last two sweet potatoes from my 2022 garden, freshly dug with dirt and roots still attached. I thought I dug them all up in Oct. but noticed this sprout on Monday morning and found these two in quietly growing. They are bright magenta red with a single leaf sprouting forth.
