Anyone know what Pampas Grass is? It's a bushy landscape plant with tall plumes. They're very attractive to kids whose neighbors have them. (personal experience) During the summer and fall, they're glorious! Mid winter ... not so much. These stand close to 10' tall - at least those that ...
