“ Dragon Ribbon in the park ”

I had a few ideas around 'unfinished' and got photos of construction sites, graffiti, people at the station and even a half eaten apple.

However, I was walking through the park on Sunday morning and saw a group of people with different ribbons and stuff, and I thought 'wow, this guys ...
