“ Minneapolis after Sunset ”

While visiting family in Minneapolis this weekend, I found this spot in an article online. This is looking North toward downtown, standing on the Franklin Ave. bridge over I-35. This is a 15-second exposure, and despite using a tripod, pixel-peeping will show a tiny bit of motion blur, I think ...
