“ Loon on Blue ”

Taking photos on a Southern lake capturing a loon, gracefully enjoying the lake…It was high noon but a bit cloudy out.

This is a lovely photograph, you can just feel the satisfaction of those feathers getting cleaned. For me, the crop on the left and right is a wee bit too tight. I would just like to see a little more breathing space around the loon, especially on the right-hand side. Some negative space for the loon to swim into would make a nice balance. I love the bit of water reflecting the loon and great DoF - well done.
