“ Thrid World Guard Rail ”

This is what I would call a "Third World Guard Rail". This is one of several guard rails on the road from Cao Bang to Ba Be Lake in Northern Vietnam. The road is quite steep and the drop offs at the edges are extreme. I found this to be an innovative way to use old tires to make a guard rail ...
