“ Caprese Crostini- Easy and Delish! ”

The secret to anything Caprese is the tomato and the mozzarella. Beautiful tomatoes are in season, I found some good cheese, and we have basil growing in the yard. Brush some French bread slices with olive oil, toast, and assemble. Add a little EVVO and balsamic reduction, and enjoy! So good!
