The world is full of lines but not many of them lead to something worthwhile. Took a scenic walk and spotted this on a fence post. Hope the kid came back and found it.

    The fence and the line of trees point beautifully to "somewhere" on the horizon.  Beautiful colors.

    Nice photo.  I have a 10-20mm lens, but I don't like the results.  I guess I need to work with it more to understand it's capabilities. I didn't think of this… more

    Nice photo.  I have a 10-20mm lens, but I don't like the results.  I guess I need to work with it more to understand it's capabilities. I didn't think of this when I was making suggestions in the mini group, but now that I see the photo again, I wonder what it would like from a different angle, where the top two rails of the fence forms a V with the top 2 corners of the photo

    This is a creative and engaging image, with strong leading lines drawing attention to the bright pink hat, which contrasts beautifully with the muted earthy tones. 
    The fisheye effect adds interest but slightly softens edge details. 
    A less tight crop maybe would’ve given a greater sense of place as well?
     Overall, a thoughtful composition with great storytelling and effective use of lines!
