“ Rapid (London) Eye Movement ”
Tried to do a longer exposure on the London Eye. Honestly not sure why it turned out a bit weird but I like the effect.
Taken with a Fujifilm X100F with a 2 second delay on a railing , in the rain.

    I think it's quite a good response to the challenge.  The wheel is blurred but the buildings behind can still be seen.  Very interesting effect.
