This doily was crocheted by my Great Grandmother. She was born in 1863 and was married at 19 in 1882. She was a mid-wife and a farm wife. She was a very accomplished needle woman and supported herself and my grandfather when she was widowed in 1908. This doily is quite precious to me. I ...
