“ Tapping for Maple Syrup! ”

Our neighbours down the road are tapping for maple syrup. We need to have the nights below 0 degrees C and the days above 0 degrees C for the sap to run. The sap must be collected in food safe containers.
We have had many snow or ice storms in the last couple of weeks. I feel antsy for ...
