“ Old Silver Spoons ”

After much fooling around with spoons dripping dish detergent and cupping lavender blossoms, I was antiquing in Orange and found a bountiful display of sterling flatware. I especially like this shot and the light leak.

Wonderful collection of spoons. I like the way they are arranged, alternating up and down. I may be a minority opinion here, but I don't like the effect of the light… more

Wonderful collection of spoons. I like the way they are arranged, alternating up and down. I may be a minority opinion here, but I don't like the effect of the light leak. The spoons on the right have a wonderful silver appearance; the ones on the left don't look silver at all.
