    I really like the colors that the lights are creating on the concrete

    I would have maybe cropped it tighter eliminating some of the foreground and business focusing more of the light and refections.

    It is an interesting photo with the different specs of light. Hoping you will have another go at light painting - something I tried too and it is soooo hard. Well Done.
