“ The Empty Chair ”
Once upon a time there was a pretty little princess. She loved her pigtails, her babies, and playing with her dollhouse. Playing hard, her pigtails would often become a mess and her babies would usually be left naked on the floor somewhere in her carefree world. But her dollhouse was clean ...

Shredder GScratch Here - Let's talk about your photo!

These 'wee chairs' remind me of the ones I built with my grandmother when I was little. rich colour and handcrafting are a nice touch.

The image though - seems a little off. It's clearly a chair, clearly handmade - but without 'place'. As this was a part of several pieces of furniture - it would have been better to pull back, and set a 'miniature' of a real scene - where the chair could really speak.

Strong lighting flattens the chair out too - and the exposure looks to have gotten away with you a little bit - as evidenced by the blown out blocks in the foreground. Taking a longer exposure from a tripod under natural lighting might have helped this out with some extra depth.

A pity that more of the story couldn't be told in the image itself.

Credit for attempting to given the miniature a little more life!
