“ Growing Wild ”
I'm on my semi-annual family vacation, and this year we headed for Murphy, NC, about 3 hours north. On our way in, we stopped to stretch our legs at Vogel State Park, and I snagged some photos of wild flora and fauna. I particularly liked this small meadow of intermixed yellow and purple flowers.

The blurred yellow in the background really sets off the purple beautifully.

I enjoy the contrast you have in this image between the green-yellow background and the purple flower. Really helps to make your subject pop.
