“ High Heels ”

This week, my best technical pans were shot during the golden hour when the lights come on and the sunlight is perfect - sharp subjects and great blurred backgrounds.

Of course, I spotted this woman in heels on an eScooter way after dark.... so, I pushed my luck with 1/8 sec shutter ...
