It worked out that my husband and I would be driving back from a daytrip during a snowstorm. I packed my camera planning to try to get this shot. I even cleaned the inside of the window before we left. My goal was to keep the car in front of me in focus, while everything else blurred around us...

    This image perfectly captures that Scandi Noir vibe—moody, atmospheric, and full of tension. The blurred surroundings and focused car ahead create a sense of isolation and mystery, almost like a scene from a Nordic crime thriller. The muted tones and snowfall enhance the cinematic feel, and the framing with the blue bridge adds an extra layer of depth. A ND filter could definitely help for future shots, but honestly, this already tells a compelling story.
