“ Celmisia seed head ”
Went for a short trek in the mountains yesterday and found a few gentians but I couldn't get a sharp image...white flowers are so tricky. On the way back I spotted this mountain Daisy seed head and managed a better image.

    I love the Celmisia's to photograph, and have done plenty in my time, mainly at Fox Peak.  Even as a seed head it looks great.  Beauty in dereliction.
