I would love to see a gnome but I would probably have to visit the lovely forests of Germany. A cool image, Petra. Well done.

Your use of the layers and brushes and texture overlay certainly create a unique image. I like the background and leading lines of the pathway. As a shred, you might have used masking to vary the opaqueness of the texture you added to draw attention to certain parts of your image. The location is beautiful and Germany certainly has the most beautiful forests, so it makes sense the forest spirit would live there.
