If our solar system is typical of billions of others - where is everyone? I'd heard Fermi's paradox before but dismissed it - of course there's life out there. But is there? I was suddenly struck by the thought that it is just possible our Earth is a tiny lifeboat in a cold inhospitable universe. Life is fragile. Light from a softbox just out of frame - very close to avoid hot spots and get a bit of wraparound light.  Thank you for visiting and your comments ??? These weekly photos and captions have been cathartic for me.  ✌️?
