“ Stage on Stairs ”

In search of inspiration, I visited a newly built park that replaced what was once an infamous and forgotten plaza. The park features a set of stairs I had on my checklist for this challenge.

When I arrived, I spotted a lively group I initially thought was a bachelorette party...
