I love taking macro shots of nature, so what better way to showcase the freshly fallen snow on a blue spruce! This image is 4 images focus stacked together. I couldn't quite get the snow right, but I like the effect nonetheless.

    Aaron, this is a great shot, but you have a lot of depth in the shot, you used 4 shots for the stack. You simply needed more shots. The Snow is fine Aaron the blurry snow is just a lack of shots. Looking at it, it probably needed 10. Also, I have almost stopped using PS for stacking because PS seems to always give these blurry patchers. Try using Helicon Focus, it's free for 30 days and only £26 per year. It's faster easier and better than PS.
